From icebergs and glaciers to steaming thermal pools and volcanic craters, step into a land carved by fire and ice.

Robust ice-ready engineering

The hull, equipment and outfitting will be constructed under survey of Bureau Veritas (BV) for Unrestricted Navigation and Ice Class ID allowing the yacht to travel and enter areas where it will encounter sea ice

Hawk Ranger has thicker plates and narrower frame spacing in the bow region to protect it from ice interaction.

With electric stern and bow thrusters, twin engines - each connected to fixed pitch propellers in a twin screw configuration, and with becker rudders, Hawk Ranger will be highly manoeuvrable and able to operate in tight passages and around icebergs.

Hawk Ranger is designed with a fin stabilising system providing active roll reduction whilst underway, stationary or at anchor.
